Your future tasks

In the role of social assistance administrator, you will work with the entire administrative process for children and young people. Your main tasks include:

• Receiving and processing applications according to LSS and SoL
• Investigating needs and making assessments according to current legislation
• Making decisions on appropriate interventions and support
• Following up and evaluating decided interventions
• Working independently in the operational system Lifecare
• Collaborating with various stakeholders for the best possible support

Qualifications

Requirements:

• To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
• A degree in social work or equivalent relevant education
• At least two years of documented professional experience in administration within LSS from the last five years
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills with experience in Lifecare or similar systems

Meritorious

• Experience with IBIC
• Previous work with the target group of children and young people
• Additional language skills or special competencies relevant to the assignment
